Pigeon Forge
Before school started on August 9th we took off to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We only stayed a few days, but we had a great time. We went to Dollywood Splash Park and Dollywood. We played putt-putt every night. And we took a nice drive in the Smoky Mountain National Forest.Grandma and Grandpa joined us for a couple of days. We were thrilled to see them.
If we go again we'll stay outside of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and drive in for the excitement. There are many cabins for rent...with beautiful streams and hiking trails. There is no need to get a hotel next to the NASCAR Go Cart Raceway.
